Our Story
SAGITUS was founded in 1998 with a clear mission to support the growth and transformation of businesses from small start-ups through to established behemoths.
In the early days the business was focused on supporting new ventures, major programmes plus investments and acquisitions in large corporates such as Centrica Plc, SWIFT, Electrolux, Telstra, Telekom Malaysia, Alcatel, PWC, Bain Capital, Visa International, RBS. This was followed by “dot-com”, telecoms and tech start-ups in around the globe.
Today, we retain the same core principles and focus: to support businesses in delivering growth objectives in highly competitive markets.
Our founders have been with the business since its inception. And have been instrumental in our transformation to become a partner of choice for agile multinationals as well as start-ups or entrepreneurs seeking to explore new markets or their launch new businesses.

Reginald Onyeka

An executive, mentor, consultant and entrepreneur for over 25 years, Reginald was one of the early FinTech pioneers – developing new high impact products and services for SWIFT and Visa International. His varied interests span Mentoring, Corporate Restructuring, Strategic Risk, Real Estate, PropTech, Healthcare/Dementia Care Solutions, FinTech, and “Green” Energy. Imperial College and INSEAD alumnus and lifelong Chelsea FC fan (but with an unusual soft spot for QPR! )
Paul Justing
Specialties: PropTech Solutions, Start-Up Hubs, Advisory & Resourcing
Formerly a Management Consultant, Paul (“PJ”) has two decades hands-on experience in the Real Estate investment arena. His roles have ranged from acquiring, developing and managing buildings (residential, commercial) through to dealing with the ‘granularity’ of day-to-day asset management. Together with Reginald he is a champion of our new “SAGITUS Lab” – providing Business Hubs for Start-ups. His interests span PropTech, Real Estate, Mentoring, Projects Rescue. Otherwise a regular chap – it’s not his fault that he supports Arsenal!
Max Puichard
Specialties: Acquisitions, Start-Up Hubs, Advisory & Resourcing
Max is our numbers guru. Fluent in all matters financial, he is a man of few words…un hombre de pocas palabras…un homme de peu de mots… um homem de poucas palavras… and multilingual!
He knows finance and he understands contracts and commercial matters.
For his sins he follows Manchester United! Let’s just leave it at that!.
